Neurodiversity in the Workplace Specialist and Coach

Nainesh is a thought leader on neurodiversity in the workplace with over 20 years’ experience working collaboratively with clients by improving organisations through developing the personal skills and confidence of their people. As a parent of a child who is neurodivergent, he has lived experience of how organisations can best support those who are neurodivergent or have caring responsibilities for neurodivergent people to feel included, have equity and ultimately thrive. In addition, Nainesh has a deep understanding as to how an organisation can help neurodiversity be embraced and championed in the workforce. He specialises in coaching and mentoring for neurodivergent employees and building awareness and positive impact within workplace cultures.

His style allows for robust conversations within a climate of deep trust, honest feedback and tangible improvements for those who work with him. Over the years, Nainesh has coached clients in the Banking/Financial Services, Professional Services, Not For Profit/Charities and Technology (including Fin-Tech’s) sectors.

Nainesh began his corporate journey in 2008 when he joined a global IT company on their Human Resources graduate scheme where he trained and qualified as a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Associate. Over the last 10 years Nainesh has specialised in Talent, Performance, Coaching and Senior Leadership Development holding Vice President roles at numerous global banks. During this time he completed professional qualifications in coaching and personality & psychometric assessments. Having headed up senior leadership development in his most recent corporate role, Nainesh is in the unique position of understanding the dynamics and challenges of developing internal talent. In 2024, Nainesh decided to pursue his lifelong passion and set up as a full-time neurodiversity specialist consultant and coach. His professional career has afforded Nainesh a strong business and commercial awareness that helps him understand his clients’ work challenges and adds depth and clarity to his approach.
